Fitness: Loose weight without breaking a sweat..

Did you know that you don't have t break a single sweat to loose weight?? I mean, who really likes to sweat and smell salty anyway right?!?!...
Anyhow, you CAN exercise and loose weight effectively without sweating :).
How you ask? Well, Pounds are shed from burning off calories and not from pouring out sweat, typically a misconception but it does work hand in hand..

Facts about Weight Loss.....

Each pound is worth 3,500 calories, meaning you have to burn off additional 3,500 calories that your body uses to loose a single pound. The only way for a productive weight loss is to either cut back or burn off more calories than you consume and it really doesn't matter if you're body is sweating in the process or not.
Of course the most efficient way to loose weight is through a healthy diet and regular exercise and anyone can adopt a healthy diet and lose weight, however, you must be able to recognize what compromises a healthy diet.....For the sake of sticking to the topic of sweat, I will deviate from this subject and save it for next week's post :) I know, I know I digress...

Effectively, exercise and weight loss is far more productive when combined simultaneously because your body heightens the burning rate when you're mobile and active. Sitting at an idle state burns a little under 80 calories per hour (no sweat involved lol) but amping it up a bit with say, swimming which can help you burn about a little over 500 calories and technically, does NOT count as sweating, ramp it even higher with a 10mph run for an hour and you will burn a whopping 900+ calories but of course, that definitely involves sweating :)

So why do we sweat? Our body is covered with eccrine sweat glands, which are involved in regulating our body's temperature. These glands are responsible in cooling our body when it reaches higher than normal temperature, releasing sweat on the surface of our skin when we get hot.

There you have it, choose your weight loss options with no sweat/minimal or full on sweat session to loose that extra pound :)

TIPS-Y Friday; Jalapeno Hair Serum (DIY)

So this is suppose to be an old wive's tales from Mexico, and when you think of the properties of jalapeno, it just makes sense. And who doesn't want to grow and thicken their mane? I mean I know I definitely do :) if you wanna indulge in this DIY' here's what you will be needing...
What you need
1 jalapeño, sliced thinly
1/4 cup tequilla

What to do
Steep the jalapeños in the tequila overnight. Wearing gloves, saturate cotton balls with the tonic to apply it to a dry scalp before bed. Let sit overnight. In the morning, shampoo and style as usual. Repeat nightly.

Logic behind this DIY
Just as spicy food flushes your face, jalapeños, when applied topically, help to increase circulation to the skin’s surface, encouraging new hair growth – and that’s the secret to this DIY beauty recipe! Combined with tequila, it cleanses and tone your scalp, which ensures your the pores on your scalp are primed for hair growth. Be extremely careful not to let the mixture seep down your face or in your eyes....
If all else fails, add a margarita mix and enjoy a refreshing jalapeno margarita :) SALUD!!

Would you give this serum a "shot"? ;)

Beauty in your kitchen....

Did you know that you have an abundance of beautifying ingredients laying around in your kitchen?
Well here's a few to add to your secret beauty DIY's. ***DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS***

Recently I have been obsessed with natural beauty DIY's specially with hair growth and I have tried oil infusion, which has worked wonders in growing hair and making super shiny and smooth and then adding Moroccan Oil Mask. And recently, I started adding this jalapeno infused hair stimulant serum, which I will post for TIPS-Y Friday post so yeah, make sure you come back tomorrow;) that's suppose to stimulate your scalp and help with hair regeneration, here's to adding some spice in your hair's life ;)

I already have a pretty strong nails and grows super fast so I don't necessary need a Nail Strengthener DIY but I know some of you may need it so try using fresh Garlic. Mince a clove or two, squeeze to extract juices and use the juice as a pre-base coat (let it dry completely) before you apply any base/polish or for my guys who's too manly for a clear polish ;) just coat your nails for a good 15-20 minutes daily and then rinse off. This should keep your nails from breaking as well as act as a nail hardener.

It's no secret that Lemon juice has sooo many beneficial usage from disinfecting to adding flavor to drinks and meals. Well add Skin Brightening to that list, This fruit has a high Vitamin C content and will help exfoliate skin naturally, perfect for brightening up and even out sun damaged skin or dark elbows and knees. Rub your face (gently), elbows, knees or anywhere you want to lighten up with a slice of lemon twice daily (I usually do it prior to me heading to the gym in the morning so I can rinse it off when I return and incorporate it with my nightly routine)

Another obsession for me is trying to diminish these dark circles that I have acquired from not having enough sleep, stress (we're not going to talk about that) and free radicals encountered on a daily basis. If you have dark circles, you probably have collected just as much concealers as I have :\ But if you're open to trying a natural alternative, try massaging Almond Oil around your eye area every night, Almond oil is rich with brightening and hydrating component. For a great anti-aging and acne fighting cream, blend/puree some fresh almond to a creamy consistency and apply to face/affected area....

For more anti-aging, Oil control and moisturizing mask, Blend a fully ripened plum, almond oil, yogurt (plain) and oats to a paste consistency and apply to face/neck/hands for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse. This mask is packed with Vitamins A, B, C, K, E, Lactic Acid, Lutein, Potassium which are all amazing for anti-aging, acne fighting, hydrating and moisturizing.

Nothing worse than running out of facial scrub....Don't fret, just hit the pantry and grab a teaspoon of Baking Soda, mix it with your cleanser and you are good to go :)

What are your secret Beauty DIY's?

Product Rant or Rave; L'Oreal Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara

TOTALLY RAVE!! I have always been a huge fan of L'Oreal's Voluminous False Fiber Lashes and have been using this since it's inception. This mascara has been on rotation with my high end Lancolm's Virtuose and Hypnose and Shu Uemura's Fiber Extension Mascara.....until now.....Added to my "Go-To" pile of mascara comes yet another L'Oreal product...deserving drum roll please..... welcoming to the fold, the L'Oreal's Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara.
The short bristles on this mascara's wand catches the shortest hair on your lashes and extends it's length. Perfect for the lower lashes. Does not clump, It separates and definitely gives that false lash look.
I love using this as a layering finish to my hypnose volumizing mascara. It also holds my curls all day long and the waterproof formula definitely keeps it from running all over my lids. Another plus, it is widely available anywhere since it's a drugstore product, and saving the best for last, it is at a very affordable price point of under $10 at CVS or RiteAid.
Oh one downfall, you have to remove this with a waterproof eye makeup remover, I usually have to massage my lashes with an oil based remover then wash it off with my face cleanser.

Fitness; Toned Tricep

So I have been having the hardest time toning my arms lately (I hate when I hit a plateau in my workout) so of course in PF manner, I have reached out to one of the best trainer and here are some suggestions that I have tried and seems to have worked and thought it was share-worthy...

Like any other workout/Weight Loss regimen, it all starts in your diet.... You can't spot-reduce fat, but you can shift it with cutting carb intake and amped cardiovascular routine combined with specific bicep & tricep exercises.

Try these exercises below every other day with 15-30 reps each set of 3-4. Do these sets in slowly and keep it controlled. Make sure you give your self a mini breaks with stretches in between sets.

With a Stability ball (advanced) or Step (intermediate). Put yourself in a plank position, with your toes resting on the ball/step. With your hands shoulder-width apart, bend your arms slowly and stop when your elbows are at a 90-degree angle, then straighten back to the starting position. Exhale slowly as you bend your arms.

Lie on your left side with one leg on top of the other, knees slightly bent. Place your right arm on your left shoulder. Press your left palm into the floor to lift your torso, extending your left arm until it is straight. Repeat on the other side, then stretch.
For this tricep kick-back exercise, use a dumbbell (or water bottle). Put your right knee and right hand on a sofa. With the dumbbell in the other hand bring it close to your body, with your upper arm parallel to the floor. Aim to straighten your arm by bending from the elbow, keeping your shoulders still. Squeeze your arm as it straightens. Return your lower arm to the starting position. Exhale slowly, straightening your arms. Stretch the tricep. Now repeat on the other side.
Now try some one-arm push-ups. Rather than full push-ups, bend your knees, and allow them to touch the floor. Perform just like a regular push-up but with one arm at a time. Alternate your arms and do every repetition slowly, exhaling on the effort.
The last exercise might seem easy compared to the others, but your arms will be tired at this stage. Leaning wall push-ups require you to face the wall and extend your arms. With the palms against the wall and shoulder-width apart, keep your feet flat on the floor. The closer you are to the wall, the easier the repetition. Bend the elbows as you bring your face to the wall, then push back to the beginning point.
And that is all folks... I hope these help revive your arms workout and please keep your self hydrated and get those arms toned and instagram-worthy :)

Do you have any additional Arm Toning workout to suggest?

TIPS-Y Friday; Avoid those pesky nail polish bubbles...

So with all these Nail Trends for Autumn to try, It's super annoying when you think you have laid your polish perfectly only to look down a few minutes later and then there's bubbles wtf$$*@&%^$?!?!?! Ok wooooohhhhh sahhhhh, I myself would prefer my bubbles in a champagne glass....relax and remove the polish, cleanse with alcohol and let the bare nails dry completely and then try some of these tips to avoid those pesky polish bubbles.

  •  Do not shake your polish bottle. Instead, try rolling it between your palms. Shaking the bottle creates little bubbles in which you then paint onto your nails.
  •  Do your nails in a cool, dry place. Preferably, Do your nails in a cool, ventilated place or try using a small fan to dry/cool your nails right after every layer is applied. Try running your hands in cold water and then drying them before you start painting if it’s hot out.
  • Let the first coat dry completely. Self explanatory... Other option to try if you are pressed for time, use a "quick-dry" formula.
  • Avoid thick polish. Apply a thin layer and allow it to dry completely before adding another layer. New bottle of polish usually has a thinner consistency than the one sitting on your desk for the past 3 years. FYI, adding nail polish remover to thin out your  nail polish only weakens the bond between the polish and your nails which causes it to chip easier.
  • Lift the brush as little as possible. Try doing long strokes instead of short quick strokes with the brush. Short strokes only allows more air to get in between the polish layers.
  •  Use a base coat. Laying a proper foundation for your polish is a must when trying to avoid bubbles.
  •  Avoid lotion. Using lotion leaves residue on nails which then creates bubbles. Again, wipe nails with alcohol or nail polish remover to clean up residue on nails.

What have you tried that worked in deflating those bubbles??

Skin Care; Acquiring A Dewy Skin

You've seen it on the red carpet and on the runways this past F/W and the most recent Spring Fashion Week....Dewy Skin is definitely INNNNNNN!!!!
Dewy skin is gorgeous on any skin but it is definitely hardest to fake with just dusting a shimmer powder and hope it looks good. The dewy skin is suppose to look like it is coming from within your complexion, and that my friends is not that hard to do....
Below are some steps to consider and incorporate into your skin care routine to acquire a glowing dewy skin.

Most important factor to keep in mind is hydration, the largest organ in our body is constantly craving moisture so treating it with a lil TLC along with a blend of key products and incorporating a few steps to your cleansing routine will help boost that desired glowy skin.

Exfoliate, Try to exfoliate at least twice a week to keep complexion looking fresh using a peel, scrub or glycolic acid-infused cleanser to help slough off dead skin cells and plump up dull skin. You've known from previous posts, I am a huge fan of Neutrogena Acne Stress Control scrub, and I've recently picked up a their Pore Refining exfoliating cleanser and their Natural purifying pore scrub to try. I've also picked up a 35% glycolic acid from my pro supplier that I use every other week in depending on how bad my skin gets.

Use a Hydrating Mask, often forgotten, A mask is actually one key element in keeping your skin hydrated. A mask once a week gives an intense dose of concentrated antioxidants, vitamins and acids that you get from a hydrating mask. Pick up a brightening mask to place on top of your brightening serum for an instant natural glowing skin.

Get to know power of Face Oils,  Face oils have had a bad rap for a very long time and women had shun them for fears of clogging their pores, breakouts and the ever oil slick face look.. in reality, Face oils are so good for your skin and I personally use this every night after I exfoliate or peel and I wake up with the most supple skin with no breakout. In doubt? try adding a drop of face oil with your foundation to get an even, glowing complexion without a cake-y effect.
A few of my fave oils to use are the Tamanu Oil, Rose Hip Oil and of course my holy grail of oils Pure Vitamin E Oil (use one or the other, I have not experimented with using all of them on my face yet, just on my hair oil lol)
Another way of infusing this is with your hydrating mask. apply a generous amount on face then apply your hydrating mask and leave it on for 15-20 minutes, read your gossip magazine, paint your nails or write a blog, rinse and voila!!!

Still not enough glow?

Dab on a Highlighter on the highest peaks of the face, top of your cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of your nose and chin and pat with your finger to blend into your skin. Love using Mac's cream base in hush and pearl, glimmer shimmer and strobe cream moisturizer (added to my foundation only where I want highlighted) I also like L'Oreal's Magic Lumi light infusing primer.

Would you incorporate ay of these to your skin care routine?

Fall Trend 2013; Sleepwear as Day Wear......

So I was browsing the mall last week searching for a birthday gift for my niece and how I ended up in the women's department from the kids department is beyond me (insert sheepish smile here lol) ok digressing way too early here... Anyhow, I noticed the materials on the women's fashion line almost felt a little too familiar...yes ladies, your sateen and silk sleep wear has been given the green light to be worn at day time and not just around the house, wear it outdoors and pair it with some cute accessories to avoid those strange stares on the streets lol.
Of course, pulling this look is not an easy task, one must have confidence and imaginative eye to pull this look off...

Here are a few looks picked off of Fashion Week's look book :)
Capture and claim the "sleepwear to day-wear" trend incorporating a feminine but mysterious or alluringly dark look.
A few looks seen on the runways that can be worn stylishly outside your abode at least for me anyway are the ones from Marc Jacobs for a night out on town, I love mini dresses as it is and these pieces paired with a smokey eyes and/or a bold red lips, I think are definitely wearable for night out and doubles as a night in when you return home and don't feel like changing or just too "tipsy" to change :)
Marc Jacobs

If you're looking for more of a daytime option, you may be able to pull the lightweight one piece jumpsuits from Julien David's runway or the more relaxed pieces from Rochas.
Rocha                                            Julien David
Additional key point to bare in mind when pulling off the PJ look is to separate your outfit and look from your bedroom. Meaning, sans the fluffy slippers as well as the "real" bed hair (at least make it look like you put an effort to make it look like a bed hair lol)
Instead, rock your PJ pieces with what you would wear on a night out with the girls, I'm talking heels/boots, Bold Lips, Smokey Eyes and of course when in doubt, dress it up with diamonds ;) ok ok that might be just me but..... drape your neck with sparkles and/or drop pearl earrings for a more demure look.
Still uncertain?!?!? Throw on a modernized vintage coat over your PJ's a'la Rocha's look below. And if you're still not sold on the full on pajama look outdoors, start slow with one piece at a time, like silk pj top with a heavy trendy skirt or pants or a tailored blazer/top with a silk pj pants :)
Rocha

Would you brave the trend and wear your PJ's outdoors for Fashion's sake? I certainly would ;)

Product Rant or Rave; Lorac Cobra Mascara

So I have tried literally TONSSS of mascaras from different brands ranging from drugstores and high end.... I am always on a hunt for a good curling, lengthening and no clumping mascara. I have always been a fan of waterproof mascaras just for the simple fact that it usually holds my curls better and it doesn't run and gives me a raccoon eye when exposed to a little humidity/sweat.. This mascara has claimed to do all f the above without it being a waterproof.

What it is:
A curling, lengthening, and volumizing mascara that helps condition and lengthen lashes.

What it does:
This mascara features a custom cobra head wand for creating dramatic, buildable volume and length for the longest, thickest, blackest lashes ever. Infused with keratin, panthenol, and vitamin E, its formula resists flaking and smudging.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Phthalates

What else you need to know:
This product is ophthalmologist tested and safe for contact lens wearers.

My thoughts.....
I love the idea of the cobra head and the science behind the ergonomically designed head to supposedly ease application of product on lashes. I always have to curl my straight lashes prior to applying any mascara so I did my usual routine prior to using this mascara, with high hopes of this product to enhance the curls or at least hold it if any.....Ummmm negative....I was so disappointed and I wanted to really love this mascara and had high hopes of me tossing out my lash curler and just use this but yeah I will be holding on to my lash curlers a lil while longer...
It also didn't give the length I was hoping for even with 3 coats and length was mediocre, I have achieved more from my drugstore mascara. This also did not give the volume I was expecting. On the better end of it, it didn't clump as much but and it did separate my lashes not sticky. I did like the fact that it is Paraben, Sulfates or Phthalates-free so it is safe for contact lens wearer.
Sadly, I can only give this a 3/5 stars. Let me know if you have this product and have had better success with it than I did.

What is your "Go-To" mascara?

Health; Food you should avoid when sick

So this weekend was a complete dud for me as it left me bed ridden with the cold and missed a waterpark fun day with the fam at Knott's Soaked City :( I mean seriously?!?! it couldn't have come Sunday or Monday even? smh.. I felt it creeping up Friday afternoon but ignored it and thought it would go away by the time we leave for the waterpark....NOT!!! Had my waterpark duffle all packed and ready for a family fun day with nieces and nephews, cousins and siblings and then....6AM Saturday morning, it hits me.....Sooooo vexed!! no choice but to just shrug this off and lay it down all weekend..
While bed ridden, I was left with noooo appetite at all but I know I had to eat something at some point and I know it's common sense to some but for others, one may not know what to avoid when they are sick. I know some of these items listed I definitely didn't know I shouldn't be eating...

When we are sick there are certain foods that we should strive to avoid in bringing back the body function to normalcy. Naturally, we should try to avoid doing many daily routines while sick. The body is weak and would want to rest. While resting, your body needs all the help from the food you intake to fight against the cold/flu viruses in your body. We all have a pretty good idea of what we should be eating but what about what we shouldn't be eating??? Here are a few list of foods to avoid when sick.
  1. Raw Food- Among sickness foods that the body cannot digest is raw foods. Cooked food is definitely preferred to raw foods.
  2. Cookies, fries, cream, beef and pork are among fatty foods to avoid when sick. These have hydrogenated and saturated animal fats, which is difficult for the body to digest. Fried food has excess fat that is an immune suppressor.
  3. Tomatoes can cause more problems for acidity. The lycopene in tomatoes aggravates the ailment. (I definitely didn't think this was a no no when you are sick lol)
  4. Cured meats such as bacon. They have nitrates to maintain the microbial safety. The nitrate converts into nitrites and this causes harm to the body. It can trigger growth of cancer cells especially when the body is sick and weak.
  5. Soda and fizz drinks. Soda is a poor source of fluids. It contains sugar, caffeine and flavors.
  6. Dairy- When you are sick, your mucous production is increased, Consumption of dairy products only heightens that production (Snot eeewww) and often upsets your tummy & actually worsen the situation. Cheese can cause constipation, and sometimes milk can cause diarrhea.
  7. Nuts are foods to avoid when the body is sick. Yes, nuts can cause a stomach upset. The oils in these nuts can react in the stomach further aggravating the ailment.
  8. Caffeine (coffee, tea, or chocolate) intake. It is difficult for the digestive system to digest it. I definitely thought tea was good for you but I was told it should be taken in controlled amount, it is advisable that you recover completely to have these foods.
  9. Spicy foods are foods to avoid when sick as they react with the body. Spicy foods can trouble the tummy leading to acidity and tummy upsets.
  10. Sugar can actually slow the action of white bloods cells against bacteria. Opt for a fresh squeezed orange juice to get your sugar fix.
  11. Alcohol- Dehydrates and suppresses your immune system which is already weakened so this is one of those common sense thing I mentioned that when you are sick, uhhh duhhh you should NOT be drinking alcohol...
While recovering from any illness keep a watch on foods to avoid as they may hamper a speedy recovery. Hydrate and continue taking your daily Vit C & B12 (Which is where I slacked off on) to stay on tip top shape with this approaching cold season...

This was definitely me with my nephews in the background asking me for my iphone, ipad and apps...

TIPS-y Friday; Summer-Autumn Hair Transition

So every Summer, I have the propensity to ummm abuse my hair with all that fun in the sun and then attempt to fix it by Autumn...."Attempt" being the operative word...and needless to say, it has proved to be futile.

Even with oil treatment, deep conditioning, and hair masks...it truly isn't enough, It does help.....but.... The damages to your locks from the pool water, salt water, heat styling and hair ties from having it up all summer long and chemical treatments, are already there. Split ends are going to split further, giving you that dry, brassy, bird's nest look. Unless that's the look you are going for, here's my recommendation :)
Visit your favorite hair stylist after Labor Day and get a haircut/trim and a color glaze to clean up damaged ends and brighten up your washed out color. Furthermore, it gives you a fresh new style to rock with this Fall's fresh new looks ;) After your hair cut, treat your hair with a deep conditioning  treatment twice a week to keep your hair healthy and shiny.

So who's cutting/trimming their hair with me?

Skin Care; More Autumn Skin Care

Yessss More Skin Care Regimen to consider..
As much as some of you (using "you" loosely because I am actually looking forward to Autumn ;) lol) would want to stay and bask in the summer's glowing heat and outdoor fun, but.... WE all need to consider the damages that summer rays' usually comes. Autumn/Winter months are usually the months for our skin to repair and rebuild those damages, when we are typically indoors and/or wrapped up in sweaters and such...
Antioxidants and Gentle Acne Treatment should become your best friend during these cooler months. Antioxidant-rich skin care products are usually labelled as "Anti-aging" and sounds soooo......aging?!?!? but I have always been an advocate of "Preventative" routine.. hey if you can slow down the process and give your own version to "aging gracefully" then why not right? As long as I don't have to go under the knife or start injecting my face with botox, I am all in...but then again, to each it's own.. I am not against all that but I for one, have yet to consider those options til hopefully later lol...In the meantime, I will continue to rock with my friends, Ole Henricksen, Dr. Murad  and Dr. Peter Thomas Roth at Sephora lol. View some of my faves below :)
Sephora $55
Sephora $56
Sephora $40
For the Eyes and Lips, which are usually the worst impacted with the weather's dryness. Use a moisturizing eye treatment that are emollient to hydrate your delicate orbital area. I am in love with these two eye creams from La Mer (Eye Concentrate for dark circles & Eye Balm Intense for de-puffing and lifting) and of course my holy grail of all eye cream (at the moment anyway, because it treats both dark circles, de-puffs and lifts, I am sure I am bound to find something later lol) Caudalie.
Nordstrom $185

Nordstrom $185

Sephora $98
Lip protector-wise you can use whatever works for you, I personally just use Vit-E Oil at bedtime and EOS, Chapstick (classic cherry) or Burts Bees lip balms during the day.
Autumn can be just as enjoyable as Summer for your skin, you just have to make a few adjustment to compensate for the season's weather as well as the radicals absorbed during the summer to carry on that glow towards the cold season :)
Do you have a secret weapon to combat the colder season's hydrating challenges?

Autumn 2013 Trend: It's all about the boots and the booties!!!

What's FALL season without the Boots??? A lame one.... lol

So living in Miami for over 8 years, I savored every single "cold front" we get to use up as much fall boots/booties I have. Hey, 65 in Miami feels like 30's ok.. lol..
So being a Fall junkie and back in the cold but colorless fall/winter of  Southern California, I was suuuuuper excited to see what was going to be on the runways to trend this fall, so here are just a few of my favorite looks that I saw....

My favorite look this season would have to be the one I called "Good Girls Gone Bad" look... specially the Versace one OMGEEE I am lusting sooo bad for these two pieces from Versace and Rick Owens' boots

Versace
Versace
Rick Owens
A few more that made my cut for my GGGB look:)
Alexander McQueen

Guiseppe Zanotti

Anthony Vaccarello

Another Look that I was excited about are the Laced-Up heels, I saw these trend back in 06/07 and I am ecstatic to see them again this season and here are my faves... There were a ton of laced up heels and boots that I saw but I am not a huge fan of the chunky heels on some..
Gucci
Kenneth Cole
Chado Ralph Rucci
Here are my Runner Ups...
Jason Wu
Cushnie et Ochs
Moschino
This Fall, the Prints and Textures have also made an appearance on the runways... some too bold to wear and some have just the right amount of prints and textures....Let me know what you think of my few picks...
My favorite is definitely one of my fave designer, Just Cavalli. Although I found the Givenchy a lil funky :) and this chick definitely loves those sky-high heels from Temperley London.
Just Cavalli
Diane Von Furstenberg
Costello Tagliapietra
Givenchy
Temperley London
Definitely loving the Sandal Boots look as well this season. It's almost like saying, "I love my summer and I am not quiet ready to let it go just yet :)" Perfect transitional footwear :)
I love Jason Wu's snake-skin texture and yes you are seeing the Kenneth Cole again on here because it is a laced up sandal boots lol...
Jason Wu
Phillip Lim
Kenneth Cole
For the days that calls for a "No-Heel" boots (yeah there are such days lol) I found these two simple and elegant to just wear with leggings or skinny jeans during an afternoon stroll at the park or at the mall....
Ann Taylor
Jeffrey Campbell
So yeah there's my wish list for this season lol... Oh and if one wants to donate a pair for the holidays, I will gladly accept a size 37/38UK ;)
What are your style for this season's MUST footwear?
